Es ist nicht bekannt, wann Ramberg das nördlich von Ancona gelegene Adri-astädtchen Senigallia besucht hat, doch wahrscheinlich ist, dass er von Venedig kommend gegen Ende 1791 oder Anfang 1792 dort eintraf.
