Die große, temporäre Wandzeichnung entstand, indem ein mit blauer Pastellkreide bestäubter Faden rhythmisch entsprechend der Höhe der Zeichnung unter Spannung wiederholt vom Künstler an die Wand geschlagen wurde. Dabei erweckt die Zeichnung – je nach Aufprall und Farbstärke des Pigments – den Eindruck eines textilen Liniensystems. Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Ausdruckskraft der Linie, die stellvertretend für die menschliche Kommunikation und Vernetzung steht, die de Brito generell in der Linie ausgedrückt sieht und die er in seinen Werken auslotet.

The large, temporary wall drawing was produced by repeatedly and rhythmically slapping a thread dusted with blue pastel chalk against the wall under tension according to the level of the drawing. As a result of this process, the drawing gives the impression of being composed of a textile system of lines, which depend upon the impact and colour strength of the pigment. The focus is on the expressive power of the line, which is representative of human communication and interconnectedness, qualities that de Brito generally sees expressed in the line and which he explores in his works.
