Nach Hesiods Theogonie. Kupferstich nach dem 1795 enstandenen Aquarell von Carstens. In der Weimarer Sammlung befindet sich eine Durchzeichnung des Aquarells (vgl. Renate Barth, Margarete Oppel u.a.: Asmus Jakob Carstens. Goethes Erwerbungen für Weimar, Schleswig 1992, S. 220, Kat.-Nr. 131 (dort weitere Lit.), Abb. S. 169). Das Aquarell kaufte ein Hr. Hess aus Zürich von Carstens an (vgl. Carl Ludwig Fernow: Leben des Künstlers Asmus Jakob Carstens, Leipzig 1806, S. 210).
