1) Es ist zu vermuten, dass das Blatt nach Speckters Tod innerhalb der Familie weitergereicht worden war und somit indirekt oder direkt an seine Schwester Ida gelangte.
2) Jahresbericht der Kunsthalle zu Hamburg für 1894, Hamburg 1895, S.41. Ida Schleiden war die Tochter des Lithographen und Graphik-Sammlers und -Händlers Johannes / Johann Michael Speckter (Uthlede 5. Juli 1764 - 1. März 1845 Hamburg). 1818 gründete dieser gemeinsam mit Heinrich Joachim Herterich (1772–1852) die erste lithographische Anstalt in Norddeutschland - Hamburgische Steindruckerei Speckter & Herterich, ab 1829 hieß sie Speckter & Co. 1834 übernahm diese sein Sohn Otto Speckter und somit der Bruder von Ida.
