Das Blatt ist in den alten Handbüchern offenbar nicht beschrieben. Laut einer handschriftlichen, nicht datierten Notiz auf dem Untersatzkarton (ca. 1955?) könnte es sich nach mündlicher Ansicht von Bierens de Haan um eine Reproduktion eines Werkes von Michael Sweerts(?) handeln.
